Our School
We teach using a structured, rotating curriculum. This means our students learn new material each week, regardless of when they begin their journey to Black Sash. Generally, new students will learn new information at their first lesson for the week and review along with learning practical applications on the second lesson of the week.
With hard work and dedication, new students are able to obtain all of the knowledge required for a rank advancement about every month. Sash testing is offered twice per month. Our instructors will not recommend a rank advancement until rank appropriate proficiency is achieved.
Black sash ranks CAN be earned within 1-2 years.
Our classes and location are easily accessible for Windsor Heights, Urbandale, Clive, West Des Moines, Des Moines, Johnston, Waukee.
Studio rental is available to qualified fitness professionals
