Sifu Walth has a B.S in Education and a M. S. in Communications Design. He had six year of training in Karate before he was introduced to the Ying Jow Pai (Eagle Claw Fist) and Tai Chi school in New York City in 1980. Has continued his training and has been certified by Grand Master Leung Shum in 2001. He has received many awards for service, demonstrations and has a training certification under Grandmaster Liangyiquan from the Shaolin Temple. In 2005, Sifu Don Walth was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame. He owned and operated Eagle Claw Kung Fu and Tai Chi in Des Moines, IA until 2021 when he moved to Idaho and began offering private instruction.
